Does President Obama face a conundrum when trying to make a deal with uncooperative Republicans in Congress?

Not really, its either way for both without taxes Democrats won't move, with taxes Republicans won't move and they both cannot wait out the President on the "Debt Ceiling". No one knows who citizens would blame...Republicans, Democrats or this President.
