Why are increases in the debt ok when Republicans are in power but bad when Democrats are in power?

Remember, Reagan still holds the record for tripling the debt and GWBush is second for doubling it, and that is without accounting for the cost of the GWBush's wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, those costs were hidden. The debt has increased about 33% since Obama has been president.
