I'm going on a motorcycle tour of the U.S.A. can you please direct me to the additional 7 states there are?

I was watching an old speech by President Obama last night while I was sitting in my recliner mapping out mine and my wife's route across this great land granted, while we are skipping alaska and hawaii for obvious reasons i want to make sure I hit all state lines. In the background I heard the President say he had been to 57 states, will someone please advise on where these are? I know i'm just an average citizen but i know since the President said it he knows more than I do as he is more knowledgeable on our country obviously.
